Almost no home is going to be perfect (even new or recently built construction). Inspectors usually will discover some issues needing attention or that the buyer and seller should be aware of.

• Computer generated
• Digital color photos
• Report issued on site
• Summary page listing defects, safety issues and areas of concern
• Reports can be printed, emailed, burned to a CD or daved to a USB key

After Summit inspects your home, you will receive a multipage report detailing the inspectors findings. This report will have detailed descriptions and color photographs of conditions you need to be aware of.
